Daniel could serve the exiles better from his high position in government than he could with them in Jerusalem. Daniel did not go back with Ezra’s group of exiles because he was about 84 years old at this time. Others believe it was because Ezra faced severe opposition in rebuilding the temple.

Later he earned a Masters of Divinity at Fuller Theological Seminary, graduating in 2001 with a concentration in Christian discipleship and formation.Īfter seminary Christian served several years as a high school Bible teacher and chaplain in California and Idaho. Sensing a call to ministry while serving as a volunteer Young Life leader, he went to Whitworth University, and upon graduation, went on Young Life staff. Christian Johnson grew up on the West Coast. Pastor Ytterberg has a zeal for shaping lives for Christ, both old and young and in-between. His experience at Fuller, among many other things, taught him to always relate his faith to “real life” people and experiences. He feels God has used this to shape his analytical and systems thinking in his ministry, teaching him about how the parts make up the whole.
In addition, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado-Boulder.
Robbie earned his Masters of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary. He loves to help people grow in their relationship with Christ and use the gifts God has given them. He loves people, and has developed a love for the church and its potential to reach local communities and people around the world.
